HOW DO WE ORGANIZE OURSELVES ?
Our group rallied around the theme of cooperation and producers organizations. This work around governance started with a reflection on the internal functioning of our group. In this approach, we applied to a “Governance MOOC” (online course) proposed by the Colibris-University, and we would like to work with a professional on nonviolent communication (CNV) and group management.
Through this approach, we would like to build a governance adapted to each member of this group, in order to create, together, basis of a viable and professional collective work.
